Bonnie originally hails from the Chicago area and moved to Hayward in 1976 when she and her family purchased Timber Bay Resort on the Spider Lake Chain. Bonnie brought a love for real estate along with her and in 1979 obtained her Broker’s license. Her experience in selling and marketing properties in the Hayward and surrounding areas for the past 29 years is invaluable. Bonnie’s vast knowledge of the community along with her desire to know and appreciate the people who live and visit the Hayward area is the source of her dream to sell real estate.
